Find all tax forms in Online Banking or the Mobile App:

  • For legacy UKRFCU members follow these steps go to eStatements → Document Type → Tax Forms.
  • For legacy Self Reliance NYFCU members follow these steps go to Documents → Document Type → Tax Forms.

Paper tax forms were mailed out for anyone who doesn’t use eStatements. Additionally, you will only receive a 1099-INT form if you earned more than $10 in interest combined under a given member account number.
