Our SRFFCU team is working diligently to ensure a seamless experience as we prepare for the upcoming operational merger on July 1. As we move closer to this important milestone, please review the schedule below as a guide to assist you to plan accordingly.
- On Tuesday, June 30, all Self Reliance Financial Federal Credit Union locations and our Call Center will close early at 4:00 PM.
- On Tuesday, June 30, legacy Self Reliance New York Federal Credit Union Online Banking and Mobile Banking for will become unavailable after 4:00 PM.
- On Wednesday, July 1, all Self Reliance Financial Federal Credit Union locations will be closed.
- On Wednesday, July 1, Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable for all members as we complete the system conversion.
All members should have already received, or will shortly receive, a Merger Guide by mail. This guide explains what to expect, answers common questions, and serves as a helpful resource throughout the transition. Our team is here to support you. On July 1, we will integrate our daily operations, processes, and member accounts, combining all Ukrainian Selfreliance Federal Credit Union and Self Reliance New York Federal Credit Union accounts into a single SRFFCU core banking platform.
This operational merger will bring meaningful benefits, including a broader range of financial products and services and easier, more convenient access to all 11 branch locations beginning July 2.
