This summer, the Music and Art Center of Greene County invites visitors to enjoy a vibrant season of music, art, and cultural enrichment. The 2026 Summer Concert Series features an outstanding lineup of classical musicians, chamber ensembles, vocal artists, and family-friendly performances, bringing world-class talent to the heart of the Catskills. In addition to live concerts, guests can explore hands-on Ukrainian folk art workshops featuring traditional crafts such as pysanky egg decorating, embroidery, icon painting, straw ornament making, and reverse glass painting. Whether attending an inspiring performance, introducing children to the arts, or discovering a new creative tradition, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Join the Cheremosh Social Club for Game Night at the Mosh enjoy an evening of board games, table games, cornhole, and great company. Guests are encouraged to bring a game partner and even a favorite game to share. The event is open to those 21 and older, and non-members are welcome, with membership sign-ups available that evening.

Run for Ukraine 5K & Walk takes place on August 22Â along the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail in Scranton, PA. This community event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages for fun, and support for a meaningful cause. Participants will receive finisher medals, with awards presented across multiple age groups and categories. Proceeds benefit Ukraine TrustChain, helping support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. Celebrate Ukrainian Independence Day with the Ukrainian American Home of Trenton. This family friendly festival will feature live music by Rodyna, traditional Ukrainian food, wreath making activities, children’s games and inflatables, prize drawings, and a special performance by Washington, D.C. based group Voda Voice.
